Emotional Support Animal Evaluations and Letters

Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluations & Letters

Provided by Raven Rajani at Integrative Therapy Services

Animals can provide profound emotional comfort, grounding, companionship, and nervous system support. For many individuals, the presence of an animal is not simply comforting — it can play a meaningful role in emotional wellbeing and daily functioning.

As part of my clinical practice, I offer Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations for individuals who may benefit from the support of an emotional support animal related to mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and other emotional or psychological challenges.

ESA letters are provided following a clinical assessment and when clinically appropriate in accordance with current legal and ethical guidelines. Please note that an ESA letter is not automatically guaranteed and must be supported by therapeutic need and professional recommendation.

Services may include:

  • ESA evaluations for housing accommodations

  • Consultation regarding emotional support animal eligibility

  • Documentation when clinically appropriate

  • Ongoing therapeutic support and care

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, trauma-informed, and affirming, honoring the unique bond between humans and animals and the important role that connection can play in healing.

If you are interested in learning more or scheduling an evaluation, please reach out through the contact form or email directly, raven@integrativetherapyservices.org, for additional information.

Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluation is $200. After the assessment, if ESA status is deemed clinically appropriate, official ESA Letter is an additional $150.
