Inner Alchemy is a four-part expressive art workshop series designed to support reflection, emotional release, self-connection, and integration through creative process. Each weekend offers a unique art experience rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and personal meaning-making. No prior art experience is needed—this series is about expression, not perfection.
Participants may attend the full series for a deeper, cumulative journey or register for individual workshops as stand-alone experiences.
