Expressive Art Series for Healing & Growth: Week 3

Week 3: Clay & Containment – Holding What’s Tender

A grounding, hands-on clay experience centered on safety, boundaries, and self-compassion through form and touch.

Inner Alchemy is a four-part expressive art workshop series designed to support reflection, emotional release, self-connection, and integration through creative process. Each weekend offers a unique art experience rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and personal meaning-making. No prior art experience is needed—this series is about expression, not perfection.

Participants may attend the full series for a deeper, cumulative journey or register for individual workshops as stand-alone experiences.

What to Expect:

  • 2–3 hour guided sessions each weekend (1:00-3:30)

  • Gentle opening and closing grounding practices

  • Trauma-informed, supportive facilitation

  • All materials provided

  • Optional sharing (always invitational)

  • A calm, creative, and welcoming environment

Who This Series Is For:

  • Adults seeking creative self-expression and emotional insight

  • Individuals navigating transition, stress, grief, or growth

  • Therapists, caregivers, and helpers needing renewal
