This class is designed to gently stretch and nurture our bodies. Restorative yoga creates a restful and overall healing state to promote tension and stress release, mindfulness, improve sleep and allows us to slow down to embrace the moment. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolster or pillow for your comfort.
