Remember decorating masks as a kid? In this two part class, we revisit that joy—but with a powerful twist. We’ll create a two-sided personal mask: one side reflecting the face we show the world, and the other expressing our inner world, or "shadow"—the parts we often hide. Inspired by Jung’s shadow work, this exercise uses collage, paint, and symbolism to help us externalize inner feelings, gain personal insight, and explore both sides of the self in a safe, creative space.
